spent a peaceful sunday in camp this wk..plucked rambutans at e same time too..we practically broke the branches of the tree by throwing a toggle rope over the branches and applying weight in all directions..haha..and all the while the RPs at the main gate were looking at me, Qiu and Kenneth..think the people who were ard when i went into the control centre to get a saw and a parang must have been thinking just what in e hell was i up to..anyway plucking rambutans seemed to bring back lots of memories of cadet days for Qiu and Kenneth..pity my batch missed e chance to go throught JCC..it would have been an enriching experience for all of us i'm sure..

anyway had CO conference today..definitely wasn't one of the shorter meetings ever but at least it went pretty fine..didn't have to endure much lectures from our CO at least..haha..was wondering during the conference how different meetings will be when i start working in the society next time..instead of all of us having to present things to one person would it be different? hmmm..i wonder..btw tmr's vetting by the committee chairman for this year's RSAF DAY parade..sorta numb to all the rehearsals already..lots of other ppl voicing out similar opinions as well..it's just so boring to be going for rehearsals, especially when you've been doing that ever since April for those involved in SAF Day and NDP..worse still for those who were involved in CAF COC, started ard Febuary i think..just got 6 more times to go though..hope everything just goes smoothly and let me get back to my work without been interrupted by rehearsals..haven't been doing all that i can for the squadron really, time to put in just that bit more effort..

liverpool's champions league fate on the line tonight..oh pls..let me wake up in the knowledge that they're safely through..

oh well..it's been ages since i last posted..my computer's been down for about 3 mths..at hoeman's house right now..caught the liverpool match earlier on and what a disappoinment it was..liverpool was nowhere near their top form at all..and once again they had to count on Gerrard to drag them back into the game..hope i wun suffer any more heartbreaks for the rest of the EPL season..pretty impressed with new signing bellamy though..truly believe he's the one who's gonna make the difference for liverpool this season in lots of games..just watch on..

anyway, my parade nightmare isn't over yet! darn! still got RSAF Day to do, and this time round I will be the actual colours for Tengah..at least the parade gonna be a fast one i think..oh..just get it over and done with..took IPPT on thursday..it's the 2nd window for me meaning i can get money shld i get a silver or gold..but rather expectedly, i only managed to get a silver coz of my 2.4km timing..10.39..oh man..that's like so far away from the gold timing..gotta start training before i go and attempt another time..my legs are still aching right now..proof that i haven't been running for a real long time..haha

ok..touching on camp life..my CO has really been giving lots of pressure to all the officers..he's really a damn officer-oriented guy lo..sometimes there's simply no breathing space at all..it's true that what he's doing has definitely changed the way that i view things..some things ain't as simple as just asking why..to get more answers u can't just stop at the 1st why..sounds like some thought process thing i was taught in secondary school but how true it is..hmmm..guess life goes on and no matter how stressful life may be..i've just gotta adapt to it and make the best out of my army life..what I fear most though is that whatever decisions i make..it really does have alot of impact on the men..and to see one of my fellow pc get so disturbed after realising that his men dun appreciate what he's doing at all..really gets me wondering if one day the same thing might happen to me..anyway that day was really fed up with one of my men for committing a mistake that could have caused a few sergeants and PCs to get into real deep shit..nvr have i been so angry at any of my men before..there's just simply no room for mistake at all in our squadron..haiz..I just need a break from work man!!!
