oh well..great..1 wk before saf day i'm informed that i will have to be changed to tengah colours instead of rsaf colours because i'm bow-legged..well..i still get to participate in the parade but it's just different i guess..anyway bow-legged means when u put ur feet tgt can see quite an obvious gap between the knees there..hmmm..now that i've lost the chance to be the state colours i suddenly realise that it did mean quite a bit to me..although i may keep complaining abt how tough and tiring training is but yes..it's pride..well..life goes on i guess..sometimes ppl only treasure things after they've lost it..guess i'm the same..haha..

anyway right now in camp there are ns men helping out..and they are actually complaining abt our guys, commenting that they are slack and having different standards as them..hmmm..don't really know what to make of it la..i'm not even in camp most of e time now..not updated on what's happening at all..hopefully my platoon don't get into anymore trouble..anyway my CO said to me today..it's easy to say that u have already informed ur men what to do..but it's another thing to ensure that the things are carried out and to manage them..i believe it's totally true..sometimes after disseminating info to the guys i tend to take it for granted that everything will be done..while my CO may make alot of unpopular decisions but definitely there's a lot of things that i can learn from him i must admit..
