hmmm..my shoulder is still feeling a bit of strain although i am able to continue with my rehearsals..hopefully it'll heal fully soon..england won! not as exciting a match as i expected but what's more important is the three points..good start to the world cup i must say..imagine losing your 1st game..it'll be so hard from then on..feeling really tired nowadays..not getting enough sleep..gotta go back camp later on..tomorrow having saf day rehearsals..sianz to the max..can't wait for everything to be over man..haiz..i'm tired..
